It originates from a McDonald advertisement in Japan at which McDonald shouted "lan lan lu" 蓝蓝路. In the Japanese McDonald website, it said when McDonald is happy, he will shout "lan lan  lu" 蓝蓝路.

How to do Lan Lan Lu 蓝蓝路?

1. Shout 'lan' 蓝 while putting both hands (cross with each other) in front of the chest.
   
2. Shout 'lan' 蓝 again while clapping hands once in front of the chest.
   
3. Shout 'lu' 路 while putting hands in the air (straight).
